ON EAGLES’ WINGS
“On the first day of the third month…the Lord…said…‘You have seen what I did to the Egyptians and how I carried you on eagles’ wings and brought you to Myself.’”
(Exodus 19:1-4)
“He sustained Jacob in a desert land, in a howling wilderness; He shielded him, cared for him, He led him about. He instructed him, and guarded him as the apple of His eye. Like an eagle protecting its nest, hovering over its young, God spread out His wings, took hold of Israel, carried him on His back. The Lord kept Israel from falling.”
(Deuteronomy 32:10-11)
“My God is my rock. I can run to Him for safety. He is my shield and my saving strength [the horn of my salvation], my defender and my place of refuge. The Lord saves me from those who want to harm me.”
(2 Samuel 22:3)
Happy new month, and welcome to the close of the first quarter of 2026. I believe we are all walking with a rekindled sense of love. My prayer is that from this moment onward, every word, every gesture, and every action will spring from a place of genuine love. May we continually reflect the God‑kind of love to everyone around us, in Jesus’ name.
As we enter the month of March, what is the Holy Spirit saying to us? For us in the mFH family, 2026 is our year of Next Levels. And because God never writes Himself out of His own plan, we understand that experiencing next levels in every area of our lives will require His involvement. It will demand strength beyond our natural ability, faith that surpasses our own capacity, and help that no human can provide. Hence, if we want to truly rise to next levels, the Lord Himself must help us. Therefore, our prophetic focus for this month is ON EAGLES’ WINGS🦅
Have you ever faced an overwhelming situation where you don’t know how you made it through, yet somehow you did? Looking back, you know without a shadow of doubt that it took a strength beyond your own. You can’t fully explain what happened, but you know you were carried on the wings of mercy and lifted by God’s sufficient grace. David shared this same sentiment in Psalm 124—and so can we. Indeed, where would we be if the Lord had not been on our side?
🌿Are you currently overwhelmed by the issues of life? Struggling with a sinful habit? Weighed down by the demands of a new season? Burdened by challenges—health, finances, parenting, studies, career, marriage? Or maybe it’s simply the weight of growing responsibilities? Beloved, bring it to God in prayer. He is reaching out to you—let Him help you (Psalm 46:1). Don’t lean on your own understanding; the arm of flesh will fail you. Ephesians 3:20 reminds us that God is able to do exceedingly more than we could ever imagine—not by our strength, but by His power at work within us. And the Psalmist assures us that we can trust and hide under His wings (Psalm 91:4).
As we continue in this year of next levels, what God desires to accomplish in and through us will require a strength beyond ourselves—His divine strength in our inner man (Ephesians 3:16). He has promised to carry, uphold, and strengthen us. We must understand, however, that being carried by God is not passive resignation; it is a shift in posture — from striving to surrender, from guessing to being guided, from climbing to being lifted, from “I can” to “I can through Christ.” The Lord Himself will be the wind beneath our sails, lifting us to higher ground.
As we trust God for big things this year, we can rest assured that He will take over the process. He will make the journey easy, and His favour will speak for us. So stop struggling and let go. Just surrender—trust-fall—and let God catch and carry you✨
Our series this month include: The Wings of the Eagle; The Strength of the Eagle; They that wait on the Lord; and Nearer my God to Thee.
Let God carry you!
